Quasimodo was officially elevated as a justicar at the Dallas Conclave in 2002. One of his first actions, with the aid of Justicar Cynric, was to place Gustav Magistratum, the former Tremere Justicar--onto the Red List.

Interesting gossip flies about this creature... Very little is known of him that can be verified. He murmurs at times in his French accent about his times as a knight named Ivanhoe and of his days as a bell ringer and his lost Esmerelda. Whispers in the dark speak of his hand in the fall of Francois Villion, the one time Most Powerful Prince in the world, but then he denies not being involved in the fall of Villion. Oddly though days after Villion's fleeing from Paris he was seen in the New World, shuffling amongst the younger kindred and those outcasts from society. His agenda soon became clear, when it was announced that he was Rachel Markov's replacement as Justicar of the Nosferatu.
