Ordering information:
*Figures can be purchased through the website via a secure connection with
Paypal.
*Some of the pieces are offered at E-bay auction and can be purchased through
E-bay, or via the Etsy store.
*If you would like to order a piece on the phone or comission a figure please
contact Lana via e-mail or leave a message by phone for a return call.
* If you would like to order a figure by sending a certified check or money
order please contact us first so we can check on availability and to put a
hold on the item for you.
* Figures may be paid for in installments. Please contact phoenixrisingdolls@gmail.com
for payment arrangements.
*No figures will be shipped until full payment is received. All figures will
be shipped via UPS with insurance.
Guarantees:
*All pieces will come with a certificate of purchase, instructions for proper
care, and a guarantee against cracks given proper care of the piece. Should
any piece in proper display and storage within two years of purchase develop
a crack, the piece can be returned for free repair.
Please note: All sculptures and critters on this site are
one of a kind original pieces. They are not intended as toys or for use by
children.
