*Dolls can be purchased through the website via a secure
connection with Paypal.
*Some of the dolls are offered at E-bay auction and
can be purchased through E-bay.
*If you would like to order a doll on the
phone or comission a doll please contact Lana via e-mail or leave a message by
phone for a return call.
* If you would like to order a doll by sending a
check or money order please contact us first so we can check on availability and
to put a hold on the item for you.
* Dolls may be paid for in installments.

*No dolls will be shipped until full payment is
received. All dolls will be shipped via UPS with insurance.
Guarantees:
*All dolls will come with a certificate
of purchase, instructions for proper care, and a guarantee against cracks given
proper care of the doll. Should any doll in proper display and storage within
two years of purchase develop a crack the doll can be returned for free repair.
